1. TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1. The use of this service shall only be available to residents of Metro Manila, Philippines.
1.2. WHE charges a processing fee for each license application according to the following table:

1.3. Processing of Gun License Applications shall take approximately thirty (30) working days.
1.4. WHE shall set up an appointment with the Applicant for delivery of the processed application form(s). A representative of WHE shall deliver the application form(s) on the agreed time & date and collect the necessary fee(s). Afterwhich, the Applicant may already purchase the firearm(s) from WHE.
1.5. WHE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 WHE only collects the Personal Information you provide by filling up the online Gun License Application form. "Personal Information" shall comprise but is not limited to the Applicant's Name, Residential Address, Telephone Number, Employment History, Criminal Record, and Firearms Possession.
2.2. Your Personal Information on the Site shall not: (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (c) create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISP.
2.3. WHE will use your Personal Information to respond to and fulfill your request for a Gun License. WHE may share your Personal Information with legal entities as necessary to complete a transaction.
2.4. WHE may also use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
- to send you our catalogs and other offers through mail;
- to send you our email newsletters and specials offers;
- to contact you about the status of your order;
- to improve our web site, customer service and merchandise selections;
2.5. WHE will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
3. UPDATES TO THIS STATEMENT
3.1. We will update our Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business. If we change how we use your Personal Information, we will post the policy change notification on the web site. Our current Statement was last updated July 4, 2005. |
